Request Procedure
Any
individual request is submitted in writing (letter, fax or
e-mail), it is reviewed with respect to its technical requirements
and additional requirements
(time of implementation) and it results in the submission
of a
financial offer, which states the prices and the terms/conditions.
Requests
preferably should include:
- Customer
information
- Type and
manufacturer of instrument
- Calibration
range
- Required
calibration uncertainty
Acceptance
of the offer is submitted in writing by the interested party,
by filling and returning the acceptance form, which is incorporated
in the offer.
Long
term collaborations with customers can be covered by contracts
that among others permit the yearly scheduled calibration services.
